You'll find some recommendations for purchasing high-quality, unadulterated essential oils as well as a download on how to use essential oils safely. You'll also find links for "clean" skin care, body care and makeup products, as well as infra-red light therapy products. I use each of these and they've been an important part of moving me forward in healing both personally and for my family.

Wellspring Lymphatic Therapy
Wellspring Lymphatic Therapy offers women a full-body treatment designed to detoxify, reduce inflammation, and improve immune function. We utilize a technique called Electro Lymphatic Therapy (ELT), which is a gentle, non-invasive way to stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system.
